“A coach is someone who tells you what you don’t want to hear, who has you see what you don’t want to see, so you can be who you have always known you could be.”

About Me

Born and raised in Bangalore, India, I now live with my wife and two daughters in Oxfordshire, UK.

I care about animals more than I care about people. I care about people more than I care about technology. Jazz & blues improvisation continues to intrigue and fascinate me! My tenor sax and social tennis sessions keep me sane.

I've had a few great mentors and coaches over the years. Coaches can be indispensable, help you gain clarity, build confidence and bring out the most remarkable leader in you. I find helping people develop and achieve their goals is hugely rewarding. I particularly enjoy helping high-performing mid-senior level leaders unlock growth opportunities having been through a bit of a journey myself.

I believe each one of us is unique. My coaching relationships tend to be based on trust, authenticity, openness, willingness to change, and taking ownership.
