Hello!

Most writing about leadership comes from people who have stopped doing it. I’m still in it — running teams, sitting in the meetings, getting it wrong often enough to have something to say. These are the notes I take along the way.

I also coach a small number of leaders one to one, and I’m a beginner musician somewhere in the foothills of jazz and blues.
